Nike, Advanced Innovation Collective

Research & Design Strategy


At Nike’s Advanced Innovation Collective (AIC), I lead research at the intersection of athlete behavior, fitness, and wellness—uncovering insights to help athletes push past limits, build healthier habits, and reach their full potential. As Nike’s digital innovation team, AIC uses AI, data, and emerging tech to create next-gen products and experiences.

IDEO- Boston & San Francisco

Project Lead, Design Strategy & Research


At IDEO, I honed my ability to steward large-scale, human-centered initiatives. I led research and design strategy across digital, physical, and service design, including a two-year engagement with MassMutual to create Society of Grownups—a venture that redefined financial literacy through brand, digital experiences, and a first-of-its-kind brick-and-mortar clubhouse.

Evidation Health 

Design Director

At Evidation Health, I took on the challenge of integrating design into healthcare technology—establishing a design team and embedding human-centered thinking into product development to help individuals and companies understand the everyday behaviors that drive better health outcomes.

Tia Women’s Health

Design Strategy & Research Partner

My work with Tia Health deepened my focus in women’s health, where I partnered with the founding team to define Tia’s core patient experience— as they were seeking to standardize their “secret sauce” to scale their care model across care clinics and their digital platform.

Remind Tutoring

Design & Product Development partner

In partnership with Remind, I led the research, design and build of a new online tutoring platform, expanding their K-12 services. We started with foundational research to validate the opportunity, developed a strategy for on-demand tutoring, and co-created with teachers and students. After launching Remind Tutoring in 2019, we continued refining and scaling the platform with an insights-driven growth strategy.

Good Eggs

Design Strategy & Research Partner


At Good Eggs, I led a strategic research initiative to reimagine their digital experience—spending time with families to understand how they shop, cook, and gather. The insights shaped a 3–5 year product roadmap and a suite of digital concepts, laying the foundation for a more intuitive, human-centered ecosystem that supports modern family life.
